Liked and subscribed! I am 277 pound guy, former powerlifter. I also do a lot calisthenics. I can also do up to 12 clean pull ups on a good day, seeing someone like D300 doing 10 is just crazy.

Alhamdulillah. This small clip helped. I'm 45 and want to get myself into dips and pull-ups. I really need some suggestions on modified exercises to start me out. If you could suggest any other videos I'd be grateful. Alhamdulillah I feel I'm really knocking out burpees and squats but I want to keep it all balanced Inshallah.
