I think it is problem of ram ticking it happen when there is a suddenly change in hardware setting example you are trying to update a unsupported graphic driver on pc how to fix it take the ram out and clean it. (Edited-48 Likes damn)

Step 1. Clean The Ram With an Eraser
Step 2. Check The Hard Drive Is It Working
Step 3. Apply Some Thermal Paste
Step 4. Check The Power Cables
Step 5. Check The Motherboard With an Multimeter
Step 6. Change The CMOS Battery
Step 7. Clean The Fans
Step 8. Try To Replace Some Old Parts To New Parts
Step 9. Check The Power Supply
Step 10. Check The GPU
