I had the same exact problem happen to me on a gaming Desktop similar to the one in this video, with the same exact behavior. The computer had not been moved was working fine for over a year. This issue occurred overnight while I was sleeping. I reseated the DDR, and it fixed the problem. This was a life saver!

Thanks! I was upgrading my son’s computer and figured seating the ram was something he could handle. Haha. Reseated and good as new. Also realized we forgot to take the plastic off the cpu cooler so actually really glad this happened

Yep this was it for me 😅
Connected everything, display seemed to register it’s plugged into something but it stayed black and the power button on the case was flashing. Checked RAM and sure enough it wasn’t all the way in. Thanks a lot.

Idk why it happened. I installed corectly the rams, and i did not have this problem until now when i tried to take off the side pannel of the pc case and suddently restarted everytime i tried to move the pannel.
