Want bigger glutes!? Try this killer glute superset 🍑
Add this to your next glute workout for amazing gains‼️
Glutes are strongest when in full hip extension, i.e. when fully shortened (contracted)
Start with a constant Hip Thrust with a 2-second pause at the top, until failure, and then rest for 120 seconds.
Keeping the same load as the Hip Thrust, going into a Kas Glute Bridge where the glutes are strongest! And make sure to pause for 2 seconds at the top of each rep to challenge the glutes where they are the strongest!
Key points:
✅Keep the load the same for both exercises
✅For the Kas Glute Bridge focus on eliminating momentum and just using your glutes to bring the weight up into full hip extension.
✅Spend a second or two holding the position at the top!
Hit failure in both exercises! Since they trained the glute in their shortened position, it won’t generate much fatigue and it’s safe to hit failure.
