I swear, not having enough was causing so many problems with my bodies ability to regulate depression and anxiety. I was having regular panic attacks and I couldn’t figure out why. Magnesium glycinate is the kind my Dr. sells. I mentioned I had cramps in my legs and ribs. It's the only kind of supplement he sells. So expensive, but the same price on Amazon. I'm a woman and I have low testosterone, and it's kicking my butt.😮‍💨

To avoid absorption issues, I take a liquid ionic form called REMAG that goes right to my cells. For some reason I need a lot like 800-1000mg a day.

How do you know if your low? I get labs done every 6 months but I don't think my Dr. Checks for that. Drs.dont know crap about vitamins or supplements, just meds. I'm pre diabetic and have high blood pressure but Drs.have never considered supplements.
