I've been dealing with restless leg issues at night. Been driving me crazy. I believe it's related to my lower back problem and sciatic nerve pressure. Anyway, I started taking a Magnesium 400 mg softgel every afternoon, and I'm telling you it has helped SO much!! Just wanted to share this in case it could help anyone else. 🙂

Magnesium ensures that the blood vessels stay nicely clean. It cleans up unwanted calcium deposits in the blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow better, absorb more oxygen and transport more nutrients.

I started taking magnesium citrate because of your insights and it cleared my heart flutering within a couple days. I had that issue for decades...wow...so simple.

One problem is the amount of magnesium in leafy greens depends on the amount contained in the soil. I've heard most soils have been depleted.

I started taking 400mg of Magnesium Glycinate for about two weeks now. Not only has the tingling in both of my feet and legs ended but both my blood pressure/ blood sugar has returned to normal without the need of medication or starving myself. Best of all, I'm not only able to sleep at night again but I currently have more energy than I've had in decades all while losing weight.

in the winter, just cannot down 7-10 cups of cold greenies, but I can juice greens (parsley, cilantro, kale, cucumber, ginger and curcumin), adding chlorella, spirulina, moringa. I love parsley, cilantro, dill, celery, and add a lot of them to my salad, but 7-10 hard to do. Don’t hear you talk about these very very healthy greens.

My thyroid grew 4 years ago immediately after I got a cell phone. It enlarges and shrinks along with my diet, but it would never go away even with potassium iodide. I startedmagnesium supplements, and my thyroid is smallest in 4 years. Thank you

This is the best of video on this subject. It gets to the point really quickly. I take magnesium to control migraine headaches, and it is the only thing I have ever found to work. I have suffered with migraines since childhood. I learned to figure out which food triggers in order to avoid certain foods that provoked or laid the ground work for a migraine to dance upon. In 2017, a neurologist recommended 400 mgs 2X daily, and it worked like magic! Later, I was on youtube searching for more information about magnesium. I came across this video by Dr. Berg. He is fantastic. I trust his explanations as he focuses on the truth, logic and rational conclusions that center on good health. He is a great resource.

Hi, Dr. Berg. I am currently on my fourth week of keto (doing great). Finally onto the giant bowl of salad. I also picked up some magnesium citrate yesterday. I took one 150mg gel pill before bed and woke up very rested (early too). This is the first time I don't remember/recall my dreams. My back muscle pain is gone. I usually store all my stress/tension in my upper back. It feels great. Thank you for your informative videos. I would submit a before and after but I'm too vain to post before shots. Have a good day ☀️
