Hey Ricky I love your approach. And let me tell you something. I turned a no into a yes had the client telling me
where did my boss find me. We both laughed about it but he couldn't say no to me. By the way I just found out
that my boss is closing another appt on Tues. I don't sell real estate, but the principals and approach are the same for tech sales. We had a good 2nd quarter. I've been bringing in the clients. Listening to you just reinforces
