As always I want to thank you for following along and support my real estate journey from day 1 as a real estate agent. I make these videos because unfortunately many new real estate agents start their real estate careers completely in the dark. Then when a new real estate agent tries to find out the best ways to build their real estate business they bombarded by all these coaching trying to sell you their way to becoming a successful real estate agent. I want to be the beacon of transparency showing everyone exactly what being a real estate agent is all about. I have nothing for sale and I just try to document my journey in this real estate game and share some of the lesson I learn along the way. I started my real estate career at 21 years old so you could say I was a young real estate agent so there were many obstacle in my way. If you followed me long enough you can see the growth over the years and that is the main thing I want to get across.

I agree brother cold calling is the worse and almost made me quit real estate because i hate it when i call and have to convince them that i am that guy they need. I now get multiple clients calling me because they heard from a friend of a friend that i hooked them up with a crazy deal or the perfect home. Keep it up Aram jan your videos are spot on and will help many new agents not get burnt out from that hell.

is great to have this alternative thinking communicated in this vid, cold calling is archaic with the progress of technology, social media is immediate and viewers can react or leave it or consider it in time, i have found as a business owner, referred clients is best, when life circumstances change in peoples lives, clients you have looked after will come back needing your solutions, real estate may be the same

Aram I saw your channel before I ever got my real estate license. Had success over the past year with cold calling, it increased my production. However, this video made me start my YouTube channel which I was dragging my feet on for so long. Just got to do it and the videos will get better. Came here just to let you know, thanks in advance. You mentioning that the videos work while you sleep was an eye opener.

This is a solid video! I know for me when I start out, I'm going to try all the different approaches to see what works best for me. And I like how you pointed that out because it's something everyone should be doing. I'm excited overall! Also a sidenote: I really like seeing you in the office in a lot! I like to get out of the house. I don't mind working from home, but if I can be out of the house at the office, on appointments, showings, etc., then I rather do that. I'm a face-to-face type of guy!

1:22 am and I'm having a "aha" moment here please know that I needed this video in my life🙏 I've been telling myself I like cold calling but I honestly don't to the point that my love of being a Realtor is fading secretly. I will put an action plan together of what my strengths are as a realtor and what I enjoy doing best & execute. To much success to you & I both🙏🕊️

I think if you can do both, you should. I deeply respect your opinion and I need to start focusing on social media more. I’ve only been cold calling. I’m not even half a year into the business either though. I’ve gotten some nice business from it and there is in fact a TON of follow up, but I would like to keep cold calling and strengthen my social media. If you made a course on it I’m sure people would buy it man. Great video by the way. 🔥🔥

In my opinion if you cold call 5 days a week for 1hr 45mins with a 15min session review after every session for 1 year your confidence will be through the roof. It's like going to a public speaking course nightly. You will now be able to talk to ANYONE on the phone never mind a lukewarm lead. You will close way more deals, you will develop a skill and learn your market. Call with quality over quantity, build relationships and make sure your scripts are always providing value. NO ONE will like it at the beginning. If you do it and think its not for you, everyone feels that way. To each their own of course, but I HAD to say it. After 1 year you can move onto only lukewarm leads and rarely cold call again...but you'd probably be back just based on what you've built. This coming from someone who LOVES social media lol

I feel this. Cold calling sucks. I did the Ricky Carruth method for a couple years. 2-3 hours of cold calling a day, I was religious on it, I got a few deals out of it and made a few good contacts, but looking back at the ratio, it wasn't worth it. Paying $150+ a month for a dialer and data. There's a better use of your time. I turned to YouTube to be the "Michigan expert" and now people come to me, and they are surprised to be talking to "that guy" in the video. You may be able to get contact info on a cold call and follow up, but like Aram said, there's still a barrier, there's still a sales pitch. You're almost jumping through more hoops to get business.

Thank you. A voice of reason. If you enjoy cold calling and/or find it useful, he is not talking you. He made that clear. I just had a commission-only real estate job and the boss was pushing us to make 50-200 cold calls per day, with inaccurate data. I felt that there had to be better ways to do things and I was researching and working to implement those things but I could see the shadow of the cold-calling jackboot growing larger. I was dreading going to work and my life and I'm a person that found enjoyment in just being alive. Thank you. This video gave me the boost I needed to move ahead with more modern techniques. For me, even if more money could be made, I want to also enjoy being alive. It's an individual choice.

I thought you had a better solution to cold calling this is the same everyone else says. Everyone will not be a good fit for social media.
