Hi I’m from Malaysia. This is my first pregnancy and currently into week 31. I’ve been watching and following your exercise video since week 20. Although on-off but has been consistent at least 3-4 times a week since week 25th. I love you, your exercises, workouts and especially calming and charming smiles. Thank you for your videos! I followed you through my 1st pregnancy, and now my second. With my first, labor was super long (over 5 hours of pushing! compound presentation!), and I'm sure without these workouts I would not have had the stamina to keep doing it. Fingers crossed that my 2nd goes easier, but if not, that I'll once again have the strength to do it.
