We are going to spend 15 Minute for this Upper Body Pilates Workout on Day 4 of the 30 day Pilates workout series IN. I hope this one will give you some more energy by combining those standing and on-the-mat movements together. We'll start with a deep breath, finish with another deep breath and a lot more calm. This is my favorite way to start my day. I have no idea how you make working out so relaxing (and yet I can feel my muscles working), but I always end these workouts feeling so peaceful and relaxed.

Oh my… day 4 was def a challenge, I didn’t realized how much my upper body strength declined after my accident a couple years ago. I’m going to do this again tonight before bed. See you tomorrow. Day 5

Thank you for this workout playlist... Actually I enjoy a lot by this workout session, it doesn't feel like I am doing any workout It feels like I am just moving my body happily, ..
