here's what happened

I never felt like I had enough time in my day - between work, my social life, relationship, and more, I would sneak in time to take care of myself whenever I could. A month ago, a friend inspired me to start owning my mornings. I wanted to finally prioritize myself, and implement daily habits that would ground me and help me remain sane throughout my day lol. So I started waking up at 5 am every day, and here's what happened! Enjoy my 5 am morning routine!

One time I heard someone say "rich people always wake up early "and I have never ever turned back. Wake up at 6am every day and it has been life-changing! So glad you joined the early riser club.

The feeling is also great!

i waking up early. i get everything done. i feel so alive honestly. the thing is though i can't do it consistently, which i've learned to be okay with that.

I wake up at 11pm to be at work by 1am. The time between then consists of praying, working out, having a cup of tea, reading the affirmations on my mirror when I brush my teeth and listening to music and inspirational content to get me ready for work. Doing these things before work are crucial for me.💛

Yay I'm early! I totally agree about the morning workouts: I went to the gym at 7AM for a while before going to the office and at that time I felt great about myself and positive about the day ahead. It's something that really helps to set a good mindset and making it a habit can only have a good impact on your mind. Now that I got a new job I'm still waking up earlier just to workout, I don't do it all the time but I know that it's something that can help me feel better whenever I'm feeling down.

Usually at work by 4 or 4:30am. Generally the meat and potatoes of my day is done by 11am. Everything after 12 (Lunch) is just gravy, adjusting to any curve balls, and prepping for tomorrow...

Thank you this is very inspiring. I used to wake up just before work dreading my workload with a quick morning shower and sometimes a breakfast meal and I used my lunch and break to workout and quick shower. When my shift was over then I had to clean and prepare dinner for my boyfriend and me. Now free to do what I want I am going to focus on me. Much love 💙
