I literally have to force myself to wake up at 4:45am for college and I realised something: Waking up early just means you start doing stuff earlier... but doesn't mean the stuff you do is productive. You can wake up at 1pm and do work out, cook, do laundry and you can wake up at 5am and scroll through tiktok for hours. I don't think it's the time, it's the things you do with that time.

During February, I was also intrigued as to why waking up early is considered so magical and useful, so I decided to try waking up at 5am too. I loved it so much that I told myself to continue doing that for a week. Here we are, in August, and I have been waking up at 4:30am since March after realizing that there are some more things I wanna add to my schedule. It's truly life changing but only if you actually learn how to enjoy it and don't force yourself to be this very productive person. If you start step by step and just get used to very small habits before moving on to the productivity level that you want to get to, then you won't lose motivation or get tired. I would also like to point out that i already slept early before starting with this, 10:30pm to be exact, but now I sleep at 8:30-9pm

If you want alone time I suggest waking up at 4.30am! I’m a student and do that every day except mondays (i wake up 5am) and weekends. It’s really nice being able to have silence and peace and do things for yourself.

I really needed this video. I'm a night owl and I fell into a depression phase which meant I struggle to fall asleep and sleep only after 8am and stay asleep during the day. After a few weeks of this i realised I needed help. I scheduled an appointment with doc and I came across ur video, I'll use the study's rules for me as well. And lets see how it works. I used to enjoy waking up early and watching sunrise and having a slow day. But I disliked doing it everyday. So gotta see if I can transform my life. Thank you so much for this. This video remind me to continue my goal to wake up at 4:30AM everyday this month. I was continuing to wake up at 4:30 but then i went on a vacation and now my sleep schedule is a mess. Thanks for this video, Rebecca. This is v motivating 😊❤

Proud of you for doing this challenge<3 I set an alarm for 8am every day which is early but not too early and I really feel like it works for me:) but when I have work I have to get up at 5am so I feel your pain!
