Your 5AM wake ups are a wish for a lot of people, as there are a lot of people getting up daily at 5AM but going on a normal factory or office job. Keep progressing.

Hey Jesse, hope you read this, I’ve been suffering from crippling dysthymia and depression for the past couple of months, zero motivation to do anything, last two weeks were hard to survive, lost about 10lbs due to loss of appetite and stress. Watched this video at 5 in the morning, I haven’t slept all night but this has filled me with enough motivation to fix things from day after tomorrow, a new Monday, a new month and a new me, gotta get back and redeem myself, fix my life. Thank you for the amazing video you should know how much you impacted a stranger’s life! Love you and stay relentless!

The the way he says 5am makes it sound like it's a challenge, 5am is the wake up time for most people with a real job.

This was surprisingly wholesome - wasn't expecting the angle with the parents, but I'm loving it. Great job Jesse, I've been watching your videos for about 2 years now and your content just keeps getting better and better. Much love to you and the fam.

This is literally the best 5 am video I’ve ever seen (I see a lot of them) and I appreciate the amount of time, energy and creativity you’ve put into this video and made my expectations really high.

Waking up at 4:30 every day and writing books is the best routine I have ever applied in my life. As you said, no messages, no mails. Just pure focus 🚀

I am not trying to sound like a tool talking about being in the military. However waking up everyday around 4:30/5:00am and do morning training with the army. Then work all day. Then lifting weights in the evening. Honestly it just gets easy and you get used to it! Feels great! Love ya Jesse!

Waking up at 4 am or 5 am makes the day so much more productive. I get so much sh*t done by 8am, when most people are just starting their day. I can literally have my entire day done by 3pm, and then relax the rest of the day. It’s an amazing feeling. It helps with stress too.

It’s so crazy how they both said “16 hours in a work day, use all of them”. Like father like son.

Watching this at 5 am . . . have not fallen asleep yet. I am sick so . . . but needed some motivation for when I feel better, this video gives me some. Thanks!

Jesse, I just wanted to say that I’ve been lately feeling bad, unmotivated and just kinda losing my motivation for my sport + going to the gym and I felt I had no purpose and I’m just doing everything without enjoying it anymore, but honestly after watching your video, you reminded me of how doing everything isn’t always meant to be enjoyed but just doing it and having the pleasure for being discipline is more than enough.
Fr thank u jess !!

I started to wake up exactly at 5 am in January due to my new work, and I can safely say I will stick with waking up early even after changing this job...it's so nice to reach 4:30 pm and have my work and gym done and just enjoy the time and focus on myself (things I like to do) and after that focus on friends and family (because they usually get home or are free at the same time I've done everything for the day. this allows me to enjoy the moment guilt-free because I don't need to skip the gym any run or any little thing I like to do to spend time with them, everything thanks to waking up early and getting my day done before anyone else.
