The person doing the routine is a lot more important than the routine itself! Well said Siim! Do what works best for you!

OMAD is just such a satisfying way of eating. I can finally eat a large, nutrient dense meal and not break it down to 6 tiny meals a day. And what's the most amazing thing - just by eating keto OMAD for 3 weeks I've lost 5kg. I've started at 70kg and now I'm 65. My height is 177 cm and I'm 17yo, so my metabolism is still really fast because of my age but I've never been able to accomplish that big of a weightloss in such a short amount of time, even when I've been eating less calories in more frequent meals. Keto OMAD is a miracle. Everyone who's struggling with weight loss but also cancer and epilepsy should do this. It really helps!

I accidentally lost lots of weight from a bout with anxiety (and some depression) which absolutely killed my appetite. I was basically eating just once a day for about 3 and a half weeks. I was 195lbs and went down to 163lbs in those 3 and half weeks. Funny thing is most people said I looked great and had more definition in muscle tone. My mother said I looked gaunt though. I'm currently at 185lbs and looking to go back down with OMAD. Very hard when my appetite is in full effect!

It's always a pleasure to listen to your thoughts.
In case you're interested, I'll share my experience:
I've tried all of these (I'm a 56 yr old female) for about a year (I was also working to get rid of lead poisoning) and now 16/8 is so easy I don't even think about it. There is a lot of social pressure to eat but I've gotten used to it.
I did find that I did drink too much coffee and have to change that. Also, I found that I liked the warrior best bc it allows me to eat more fruit. I don't eat a lot of it but it's usually best by itself and on an empty stomach. With warrior, I can eat fruit and then still have time to eat my regular dinner.
Thanks again 👍

Most people would benefit from any of these. After all, most tend to graze all day (the 0/24 diet) and would ask "What is exercise?"

I do leangains method during my heavy workout day which is 4 days a week, 2 days doing warrior diet during my light workout day and OMAD once a week during my rest day. Intermittent fasting has a lot of benefit.

I eat a bigish meal when I get home from school and it fills me up nicely. My eating period is around 3:30 to 6:00 and I feel great until about 10 am when I get pretty hungry but by lunch I'm no longer hungry. This method is based on the warrior diet but since I usually don't eat later in the day (after about 5) it's more like 22/2 and I'm loving it so far and it works great with my schedule

OMAD for the win...16/8 (I used to do it) barely rates as fasting IMO Good entry point The post–absorptive state lasts until 8 to 12 hours after your last meal, which is when you enter the fasted state. It typically takes 12 hours after your last meal to fully enter the fasted state...so you end up with 4 hours fasted...too short

I think the best is whatever window you can stick to long term. 2 meals a day works best with my schedule with 19 hour fasting and 5 hour feeding window. I'd love to try omad, but I don't feel ready yet, and is hard for me to get enough calories in one meal.
Great info!

OMAD TKD Monday-Friday
20/4 or 16/8 or 18/6 Keto to avoid metabolic stress. I've consistently been building muscle and staying lean as ever. Not big, not small but just the way I want to look and feel year round. Yes, even on holidays and special occasions. I make my own food and treats. Mon/Wed/Fri: Metabolic calisthenics training (weighted and bodyweight, 1/2 last sets AMRAP or rest/pause depending how my body feels) all reverse pyramiding.
Tue/Thur/Sat: Martial arts morning and evening.
Sun: Whatever type of training I feel like doing.
Mon-Sun: Qigong, dynamic stretching, mobility, yoga, static stretching.

Great video Siim. I think I will "stick" to 16/8 maybe try to make it 17/7 or 18/6 sometimes.
