I do OMAD as it helps with my binge eating..people think I am being unhealthy but it works for me..I dont have to worry or think about food and I can eat whatever I like with no restrictions

Very motivational, Kayla! I've been on a 16:8 since I hit my highest weight in my life in 2019. Got down to my goal weight and I've been on my IF Plan ever since...it all started when I found you videos, thank you 🙏

I started OMAD almost two weeks ago. I took a day off AKA cheat day yesterday for the first time. Today I'm very hungry and have a head ache which hasn't happened before I was afraid to weigh myself this morning. But I think OMAD is going to be the plan I stick with as I had pretty good results the first week and a half. I like your videos for motivation!! Thanks Kayla.

At least once a week I do OMAD, my mom brings lunch (or we go out) and I just get so full I don’t need to eat for the rest of the day. My other fasts range from 16:8 to 23:1, no fasting day is the same. I’ve been fasting since June 2021.

OMAD didn’t work for me. I couldn’t get my recommended protein amount. My protein levels per my doctor were inadequate. Secondly didn’t feel sustainable. The key to 16/8 is sticking to only 2/3 meals without snacking. Prioritizing protein/healthy fat at every meal.

Hi Kayla, thank you for making these videos & inspiring us. I'm so upset, I thought I'd lost 10 pounds since January but I went back & looked at my journal & I've only lost 5 lbs....ugh....I'm 8 months in & only 5 lbs down.

I didn't lose any weight on a 16:8 fast for 9 months. Omad is hard. But I do find I get results on it. I just can't seem to stick to it

Question 1- if I want to start OMAD, what time should I eat my food. Q2- the food has to be a full meal?
