Had to come back & say thank you🙏🏾. I've been baking bread for my family of 9 for over a year now thanks to your video. I also have a little bread business all from baking my neighbor a loaf & word spreading like wild fire. Again, thank you.

You seem to care about your audience actually learning and feeling comfortable more than showmanship of your definite skill. This is a gift. Thanks for sharing!

That is EXACTLY how we've treated our fresh bread for 60+ years!! Slice when cool, freeze, and remove only the number of slices needed right then. Thx for promoting this method!

I'm just learning how to do this I've watched the video over 10 times, and the recipe is super easy, I take half of the dough and make cinnamon rolls and the other half buns or a small loaf of bread. It made 9 cinnamon rolls, & 14 slices of bread. I'm one person. It's perfect ❤

Thank you 100x over! I am 51 years old and this is my very first loaf of bread that I have ever attempted! It turned out absolutely beautiful! I literally cried tears and couldn't speak trying to make a video of it to show my Mom! I have watched numerous videos and looked up dozens of recipes but I never could get up the nerve to ever try it. I'm so glad that I came across your video!

Today I made 2 loaves of your bread and never made bread from scratch before. They both are cooling and look so yummy. I just want to thank you so much 3 years ago you posted this, however I just found it. 3 years ago I couldn't even walk, let alone cook a meal. With my recovery, I am making breads, noodles, etc as way of therapy. Thank you again and bless you. ❤

I am 70 years old and I found your video and just made the most lovely loaf of bread I have ever made. I went from bread machines to using my stand mixer which after watching your video I realize it can make the bread tough. This was fun to make and hubby and I will be having a generous slice with butter for our breakfast soon. 😊

I'm 17 and have been trying to make bread on and off since last year. Tired 3 times, all pretty epic failures for different reasons. School was canceled today so I decided to try again. I just took my loaf out of the pan and it is so beautiful!!! And from the small bits that fell off that I tasted it tastes amazing too!!

I’m 63 years old and have never made a loaf of bread either. Retired the end of January 2025 and have been wanting to make bread, I came across your video, followed it to the T. It’s taking longer for the second rise but it’s almost there. I put a dish towel over it to help it along. The over is ready to go. I’m super excited!!! Stay tuned.

I am 76 years old now and this bread baking tutorial brought back memories of my mother, baking bread and yelling at us kids if we ran through the kitchen and slammed the door. She was so afraid we would make her risen bread dough flop. 🙏🏼🕊️💕🌸

Thank you for the real time steps! The part about letting the dough rest 5 mins to let gluten strands relax if dough is fighting was a really helpful tip I never heard before. I love your videos.

At age 73, I’m new to bread making but having a lot of fun with it. After two loaves of really basic no-knead, I gave this method/recipe a shot, substituting whole wheat flour and the dutch oven baking method. The result was quite satisfactory. Kneading dough is fun work! Thanks to the young lady for the information and inspiration . . . 😄

At the age of 70, this was the first loaf of bread that I made myself. I watched your videos and took a chance. I really don’t think I’ve proofed it as I should. However, it was delicious warm. I’m going to watch some more of your videos and try some more homemade items. I like that. I know every ingredient in what I’m eating. And every ingredient is clean. No bad oils anywhere.

I’m a new 21 year old mom having my first thanksgiving with my husband and baby in our apartment and I really wanted to make some homemade bread, but forgot my grandmas recipe. Thank you so much for this, I’m so excited to make it for our first Thanksgiving on our own!!

Thank you so much for this recipe. I'm a 65 yo retired male and this was the first thing that I've ever baked. I've always enjoyed homemade bread, now I'm not at the mercy of someone else making it for me. Got to admit, I surprised myself with how it turned out. Guaranteed, if I can do it, following your tutelage, any one can. Thank you again.
