* 1 cup water
* 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
* 70g (1/4 cUp + 1 tbs) sugar
* 1 teaspoon(7g) salt
* 450g( about 3 cups) Bread flour
* 90g(7 tablespoon) butter (room temperature)
