Disclaimer: as an FA I never liked these type of funds because of other players in the game. With all that said, I have followed GC for a long time and you can follow the INVESTMENTS in Real Property he makes. With other crowd funds you see talk but no projects. Do your due diligence everyone, I'm not endorsing C.C. but there is proof of investments being made, whether they continue to produce revenue I cant say they won't or will just as a market investment. I think people hate on it more to sell their program, what's funny is Grant says if you have small money to get your income up and if need be start with residential property.
