If you're considering investing in Cardone Capital, you owe it to yourself to understand exactly what you're getting.

Once you've become familiar with the syndication model you'll realize that you're passively investing in not just real estate, but the operator of the real estate.
And while I believe Grant Cardone is a marketing genius, I'm not convinced he is the best financial steward of other people's capital.
In short, I believe anyone looking to make a prudent investment decision should fully understand exactly what, AND WHO, they're investing in.
There are many, many excellent real estate operators out there, so I'd recommend doing extensive due diligence before choosing any one in particular.
