Appreciate the extensive research on this topic! When I saw he went from slamming syndicators to send me your money, I had a bad feeling how he went from can't beat 'em join em! There are many good syndicators, but the non-disclosure of the true asset type investments and IRR of G Cap should be further investigated! This is why you need Ron as a friend! hahah.

Brilliant discussion. Would it be fair to say it looks like he is parking the less performing assets with the smaller investors, and keeps the better performing assets for his inner circle. So he is selling his lesser quality to the little guy for a premium (just what it looks like in the filing). That would explain the lower dividend than expected by the general public
