I absolutely love how he says “we’ll see” lmao. That’s how you know you got scammed.. he invested $500, 000 and he’s already receiving checks worth over $1, 000 which realistically doesn’t even make sense.. putting 500k into dividends doesn’t even give you that much per month. Clearly a scam.

So u used equity after a refinance and put some of it in cardone and receiving cash or passive income which pays the refinance loan back n u keep a extra 2-500 that u can put in a Roth and with compound interest 😮 just a theory u could be just rich 😂 either way you winning I used this theory trying to find a way it can be done without risk or less risk as possible because if u have Alot of income property then you don't even care about the 550k if it Tanks but if it doesn't this a big win
