In today's video I review my experience with Grant Cardone's Cardone Capital. In this video you will see the Cardone Capital platform exposed and open for viewership. I will demonstrate how the user interface works and what it is like to be invested. I have $15,000 of my own money invested in real estate through Cardone Capital as of July 1 which I am using as a means to build wealth through real estate investing. So far it has produced me monthly passive income or cash flow for the past two months as of this video, and four months as I type this description. Use this video as a way to see how to get money, start investing, create money online and learn how to invest in dividend paying stocks.

Other real estate investing I do is through REITs, which are stock based real estate funds, and fundrise, which is a crowdsourcing way to invest in real estate. I quite often also make fundrise reviews on the channel.

All stocks and real estate investments I have made make money and are a great way to diversify the portfolio and build wealth through investing.

Viewing in 1080p will make the values on the screen crisper for your viewing pleasure.

In my opinion its very interesting that Belfort warned half a year ago after their podcast that cardone capital and taking money from unaccredited investors "won't end well" and on the first economic downturn "is a lawsuit waiting to happen"

lol you invested 15k to get $56 a month? No thanks this is a scam for me. Cardone Capital is crap and you can't get your 15k back when you need it!!

Thanks for this video!! Super awesome that you talked about taxes, and that not all of $56 is taxable.
Can you do an update once you've received at least 12 payments?

That’s a heck of a lot better return than if your money was just sitting in a savings account in a bank.

I think there will be special dividends as well as flat out raising them. My April dividend was much higher than the rest. They are probably being more conservative in distributions at first to stash some cash for emergencies. Although, I'm sure a lot of it is being used to improve the value of the places as well to help boost the rent.

Do you get to invest in a specific property? Or they invest it for you over their entire company. Do you get paid from the rent money?

Didn't they freeze all withdrawals and freeze all payouts except for what grant keeps making every month?

MattMoney - If you did an update video then I suspect it would go viral because you're in such an amazing position to update how your fund is doing. If your update video were negative (but I'm not implying it would be) then you would need to balance losing some or all of your $15k with how much gain you would get from a viral video, which potentially could be more then $15k.

Thanks for the transparency with how Cardone works. That yield is decent.

you could have invested that 15k into your own multifamily building and been collecting much more per-month for the rest of your life. while get 100% of the benifits of having real estate. your not getting rich off 6%. do it your self and and make 15% or more!

I’m not investing in anything where i cant trust their financial visibity they give to me and where its hard to sue the investment firm

If you get 5% back, it'll take 20 years to make your initial investment back. Does that just seem like a silly idea to anyone else?

yes, you were scammed. Grant is so levered up he's now in negative cashflow. His payments aren't even meeting the debt obligations and he can't refinance because his NOI has started to crash, pulling down his properties values. He's screwed.
