Can you add money to your initial investment with CC or once you put a set amount in..in your case $15G's, are you not allowed to keep adding in more money to it? Thanks Matt

GC is different then fund, he is not going up and down, stable ~4% dividend APY . Problem is he is “selling” 8% . But somehow you need to pay for plane :-), also one they will sell, he will charge 35% on that sale, so let’s say you invest $1000 . Sold that building 5 years later for $1200 -$420(GC fees), you will end up with $780 out of your $1000. So net los of 22% . I mean, maybe it will miraculously increase by 50% or more . So you will end up with some small profit . But in comparison of other investment opportunities it’s low return … nor 4% dividend nor 20% in 5 years is good return .

40% in one year from your fundrise?, ? Dammmm, Money....you Killin it. Is the money locked up for a bit tho? My ethereum 2.0 is locked up in staking. I hate it. My own fault. Didnt read the fine print. Cant wait to sell it lol.

When you got your 1099 with your distribution summary was there a loss or a gain? I thought any gains would be taxed as regular income, so you don't get the tax advantage of property depreciation. Also when they return your initial investment is it $15, 000 or is it $15, 000 plus equity appreciation or a fraction of the equity appreciation?

Who is he/you paying intrest only to for 5 years? He buys them himself then sells them to you for intrest only for 5 years so he has no incentive to refi during low intrest times?

The return on the non-accredited fund also didn't seems like it was worth the investment, but the *_ACCREDITED_ * fund looks great!

There is no real transparency on their reports. Why aren’t they disclosing equity allocation and debt terms on each property? Acquisitions appear to be highly leveraged and Capital stack is not disclosed, which poises a high risk in the event of a downturn.

There is also no clarity in going-in cap rates to show whether it’s a good acquisition and what the true return on capital is.

Beautiful properties in a favorable environment. However, I wouldn’t be comfortable
