Saved, I will start these tmr, as I’ve just finished 100 squats, I forget how unfit I really am.

Hi, sorry Joe, but I’ve got on-going heart problems.
So cardio is a definite no, no for me.
However I am really interested in core and abdomen exercises, are there any pacific videos relating to this? Tia. 😊
