Lucid dreaming is the ability to realize when we are dreaming as the dream is happening. Once we build this awareness, we can explore our 3-D reality that is created through the power of our mind. Gaining consciousness within our dreams holds many amazing benefits including:

-More restful sleep
-Overcoming addiction, nightmares and PTSD
-Decreasing anxiety and depression
-Enhances creativity
-Enhances memory
-Boosts brain function
-Provides us insight about ourselves and our lives
-Gives us 30% more time to learn new skills
-And many more

Once we learn the amazing practice of lucid dreaming, you can learn how to use this skill to experience astral projection (out of body travel), which has similar benefits, but provides a unique experience from lucid dreaming.

Happy Dreaming!

I’ve had sleep paralysis since I was a child, I’m now 45. Someone told me to relax during the paralysis and I tried it last night. WOW, beginning of something new. It felt like electricity running trough my body, but it felt nice, like some kind of energy. Thanks for the video . Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪

One thing I did in sleep paralysis was forcing an astral projection but I realized after this video that relaxation is the key

I have had sleep paralysis every night since I was 8, I'm 26 now. The only nights I haven't had it was when I got too drunk & my body needed to recover from the alcohol. It's truly a gift, don't be scared & you can reach anything you want to reach.

I have been afraid to go to sleep all of my life because of SP. I remember my brothers telling me I sleep with my eyes open. I have gotten to the stage where I tell myself to calm down because of my heart issues, and I even clearly told my wife to wake me up a few weeks ago during an episode. This is the 1st time anyone has made me feel ok about this. The suffocating part is huge for me. Next time, instead of focusing on kicking my leg to wake up, I am going to calm down and try to get up. We are NOT crazy! We aren't

I’m 58-years-old and I’ve been having “sleep-paralysis” since I was about 8-years old…when it occurs, my body locks, when I try to move my body feels very stiff…when I’ve tried relaxing I feel like I’m sinking….very weird. I feel a presence lots of times, I felt something touch my left wrist once…I never hear noises but have felt vibrating sensations sometimes, but mostly when I’m about to fall asleep then something wakes up suddenly….that’s when my my entire body vibrates the most…only once so far during sleep paralysis did I have an obe….or very lucid dream….for some reasoning can’t explain, I was having an episode of sleep paralysis and fell asleep again but I slipped through a portal and was deposited onto a street in a beautiful neighborhood…it was a sunny day and the grass was such a beautiful green…I walked into my apartment out to the patio and there was more grass and an ocean and people lounging having a day at the beach but there was no sand!! just grass…there’s more but I’ll end it here…I woke up normally and the paralysis was gone just like the weird dream. Bonkers!!!

I usually hear music during sleep paralysis, and this is my favorite part of it. It can be a song that exists or something completely new. Sometimes I hear very realistic voices too.
You are beautiful! Blue suits you so well :)

I have experienced SP since I was a child (around 7 is the youngest I remember it happening), any time I fall asleep on my back. As an adult (29 now), it can still be triggered by me lying on my back (or whenever I go on a wknd binge). I have tried to release my soul from my body, but it always freaks me out when the vibrations & high pitched buzzing increases. Thank you for making this vid, :) it definitely helped me understand a bit better. I'll give it another try when I feel in the right mindset..

Glad I found this video, I’ve been really interested in SP, AP, and Lucid dreaming lately. So like others, I’ve had it most of my life, but after a while, I just got tired of being scared. I’m just now learning that it is the gateway to AP. I learned a technique from reading comments on a theta realms YT video. So basically when you enter SP, stay calm and breathe normally of course, but then you basically imagine and will yourself backwards through your bed using it as a portal. Not too long ago I found myself in SP and remembered it. So I did it and came out the other side and I was lucid. I started running and could run super fast, then started jumping through the roof. I felt very light and euphoric, it was awesome. The only problem I have sleeping on my back is I think I’m starting to get sleep apnea, so every now and then I have dreams where I’m choking or someone covering my mouth where I cant breathe. So nowadays I just kinda take a chance when I try it lol. But let me ask you what you think of this experience I had years ago in SP. so I entered SP and started freaking out as usual, but trying so hard to move, I fell out of my bed(in my dream) now keep in mind I thought all this was happening in real life. I felt super heavy and kinda half paralyzed. I felt something was really wrong with me and I needed help, so I gathered up all the energy I had to try to make it to my parents room to tell them to call 911 or take me to the hospital. All I could manage was to crawl on my hands and knees out of my room, down the hall and to the side of my parents bed, all the while with blurred vision and hearing all the auditory sounds. When I got to their bedside I tried to tell them help me and call 911 but I could barely speak. Shorty after I woke up and was sooo relieved it had all been a dream. Do you think that was a form of AP? It seemed like it but it was almost the opposite where I was being dragged down and freaking out instead of that euphoria and light feeling. Was it my mindset or that I tried to fight it? Curious on your thoughts.

I experienced sleep paralysis and obe for the first time one night, soon after i said to myself, "Why don't I ever sleep on my back? This is really comfortable". I had NO clue about either sp or obe. A few hours later, after realizing I couldn't move and seeing flashing lights, I heard this loud sound that I could only describe as machinery. Like being in a huge factory. I then found myself in my room, looking around, and then I looked down and saw myself sleeping. I looked out my window and then freaked out and went straight back to my body and tried to "lay down on top of myself". I wanted back in. I had no idea what was going on or what I was doing, but I was afraid I was going to die.

I tried sleeping on my back once more, a few weeks later, and I did experience sp again (no obe) but I was extremely apprehensive.
Since then, I've thought about it almost every night at some point as I've rolled over from one side to the other, but I've not been able to bring myself to actually try to sleep on my back again. That was over 20 years ago!!!

As i was typing I heard you mentioning letting go of the attachment to fear and completely relaxing... My problem isn't getting into an experience. My problem is being afriad once I'm there. I really wish I wasn't too afriad to try again, especially since I'm going to bed right now lol. Anyone have any guidance?

Funny you are the first person I hear talking about the phenomenon that I have been experiencing a lot as long as I can remember. Seeing through your closed eyes. I never thought anything special about it. But It happens to me without trying very often. Maybe I should try to cultivate it further!

Ok this makes me very excited because I've got CPTSD and get sleep paralysis often. I have been out of body before, spontaneously. Not always when I'm asleep either. And lucky for me, dissociating from my bodily senses comes very easily! 🤣

Your "illness" becomes a superpower and a tool when you learn to control it 🙂

One trick I learned too is to tell myself that if I find myself struggling to wake up then I'm naturally half dreaming and what I hear is my creation or I need to get past the gate keeper that put me to the test. I usually only hear voices talking though and none of the other stuff. But last night the SP started and I got excited for an AP but as I was about to roll out I heard a voice "You're awake silly" and so stopped. So I need to get past that. I used to AP a lot when I was a teenager. Finding as I'm getting older though (65 years old now) it's sometimes hard for me to consciously AP or Lucid Dream.

Well done!
I’m 48 and I learned how to leave my body at 16. Think about sleep paralysis at putting your foot in a boot but you haven’t fully stepped in. Your astral body isn’t fully in yet, and you don’t have the controls for your meat suit!
I’ve encountered the dark figure almost every time with paralysis, not OBE’s, and it’s terrifying, but harmless. It’s always standing next to me just outside of vision. I don’t know what it is, but You are part way into another dimension and there are other forms there just as there are here. As scary as it is it also feels like apart of me at the same time.
This video was great, keep it up ! This is a natural thing we as humans can do, to understand and help us live peacefull lives here and now 🪶
