Took me years to realize it was all in a dream. Rearranged my room and that night in the nightmare my room wasn’t changed to the new layout. Then I learned.

I just got my first sleep paralysis an hour ago. I could hear 2 kids crying and they get closer whenever I blink. Then a woman started screaming at my face. I tried to scream but I cant hear my own scream. She then walked away and closed the door even though I already closed it before I slept. Then I woke up and I cant feel my hands and feet for seconds.

As a child it would happen to me all the time. I grew tired of it & wanted to do something about it. So I eventually figured out that if I kept my eyes closed it would decrease the power of the paralysis to the point where I could break it by forcing myself to move. Usually my toes & hands. Also when you keep your eyes closed you won’t see anything, which is usually the most terrifying aspect

I also experienced *sleep paralysis* 2 times in my life. Basically when you're dreaming you think that the dream is reality but in *sleep paralysis* you become conscious that you're in a dream but you can't escape it & get trapped for *hours* even if you jerk off your whole body really hard.

So I never felt any creepy *GHOST* / *DEMONIC* presence. I was even trapped in good n bad dreams both were laws of physics don't make sense you fly around like a super human.

Once you think about God or say a prayer, it disappears. You can simple just say God. Always works for me!

Mine is way more real than this. I sense a person at the side of my bed, just outside my peripheral vision. I try desperately to get up, fight, turn my head to look at the intruder but I can't move a muscle. Eyes are open and my brain is switched on but the body is just frozen. I live alone down a quiet road and this started recently. The first few times were pretty horrendous.

I’m not scared of sleep paralysis, I’m just scared there will be a jumpscare

I had sleep paralysis repetitively as a child, often multiple episodes per night. I was literally tormented by it! It occurs less and less as I grow older, but the vivid nightmares are still a significant problem.

I’m so sleep deprived that I get this shit all the time. Mostly happens during my online classes and I’ll just close my eyes and think of something funny

Are your nightmares repetitive?
Mine often involve traveling in a city I don't know, often trying to get to the airport

I remember my sleep paralysis like it was yesterday, i woke up in the dark I couldn't move at all, it felt like something was sitting on my chest, I tried yelling for help but I couldn't it was like if I was put on mute, until a few minutes after I just felt a release of energy out of my body then it all ended.

Guys, help me out here, yesterday I had this dream, actually idk if it’s a dream, I’m trying to figure out what it is. Here you go, so I hear an end tune of one of billie eillish’s songs and it’s pretty beautiful, and this happens twice, when the tune ends, it felt like control was seeping out of my body, now I wasn’t too skeptical of it because I was enjoying the tune, I was asleep when this is happening, so then I wake up or so I think I do, I sit up in my bed, take the blankets off me, stand up then walk to the living room, lemme just say it was night and everything was pretty dark, then I walk to the kitchen and it’s pitch black, I see a figure and there are just bad vibes, and I’m kind of panicking, then it’s just black and I feel my body and I try to wake up, I try to will my body to get up, and then I wake up again, I sit up, take the covers off of me, stand up and walk to the living room, then to the kitchen and it’s just really dark, I reach for my watch which is a smart watch to try to get some light but it’s not there and I remember it’s charging, then I wake up again, and throughout the dark moments Im trying desperately to get up, and this just repeats over and over, and each time I wake up a voice just states, “I woke up and that was why I was tired.” and it always ends in darkness, then I eventually will my body to work and then I ACTUALLY wake up in cold sweat and I’m trying to figure out what it was, BECAUSE IT WAS SOO REAL, LIKE I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I WOKE UP THE FIRST TIME AND ONLY REALIZE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN I FELT MY BODY LAYING THERE IN BED UNWILLING TO FOLLOW MY COMMANDS AND THE THING JUST REPEATING.

It's demons not wanting you to sleep. They want you up to do whatever sin you are currently doing.
