Thank you, my son sent your name to listen to your podcasts. I have taken and used many of the suggestions to help achieve things. Your suggestion of lowering body temp work, if I get up in middle of night, I keep covers off until I’m cooler or rinse face with cold water before bed.

I live in Oregon. I get so burned out on this guy emphasizing getting sunlight first thing in the morning. Not only is sunlight rare in the Northwest, but some of us wake up at 0400 for work.

My cortisol is very high at waking ~4-5 mins. My doctor says my cortisol level (blood test) is too high. He put me in Cortisol Manager and that made it worse. Any thoughts?

I wake up 120 mins before sunrise.. As did my very healthy ancestors since atleast past 10 generations if not more... and they didn't have access to morning sun nor electricity nor strong battery torches..

in fact.in the morning working is better. in the afternoon sleepin and weakness is high. thanks to cortisol? ciao
