One way that I'm applying to become better to speak english is repeat aloud the topic at same time that I'm watching this. I repeat as much as possible and I realize that I'm internalize this words and sometines I have the oportunity to use this words actively. It's seems strange because nobody told me to do this, but this have increase me much knowledge. I hope tha you when learn my comment, try to use this and see how it works and if is aplicable for yourself. Thanks God for provide me support in everything that I choose to achieve.

Sorry, but in my opinion, it will take at least 2 years for someone to truly become fluent, especially because it's necessary to smooth out accents. I don't want to be just basic in English; I want to get close to crystal-like perfection, with listening skills between 90 to 96% and grammatically correct speaking at 98% 😤

You didn't consider the quality of the study. A bad quality could involve 800 hours to move to next level..
