I know for me I feel off my bike 8 months ago I thought it was better but after a hard workout it come back again.

I work every day so I need to use my muscles alot i took a few days off amd the pain kind of went away but after working again it came right back it hurts when I lift my arm

The last time I tore my rotator cuff, it took a year to get better using Physio. Someone I worked with had said it took his injury a year to get better so don’t give up hope

When I lay down on my back and try to take my arms overhead and straighten then behind my left shoulder hurts while I am able to straighten my right arms all the way. It’s been a year 😢 what could it be?
