I love all your videos. You are very consistent with how you do each set unlike other workout videos i have tried . Some of the creators are not consistent with the sets and make stuff up as they go. I am not afraid of getting injured because you are so precise with explaining exactly what’s coming up next and it’s just so easy to follow all your workouts. I have never sweat as much as I have with your videos and I always feel really strong and amazing after each video. Thank you, thank you thank you please don’t change the way you create any of your videos/workouts!

There were a lot of new moves, so during rest I would give them a try with body weight only. Great workout!

I was going to do this program, but not if it's set up this way. Please keep your usual structure, just cut the rest time a bit. No one needs a 60 second rest, but we should keep the 3 sets of 10/12 reps structure you've always had.
