I’ve been watching you for years. YEARS. And we’ve gone through similar life experiences. I ended an 8 year relationship almost 2 years ago, I survived. I ended a long distance relationship ( San Diego to LA) last year and I survived. Recently, I also ended a relationship to a person who I loved, who expressed his love back, and also did things that were completely out of my control, and I still care for him so much, but I had to step back and analyze my situation, and move forward. I also took a trip to Santa Bárbara a 2 weeks ago, not alone, but with a best friend of mine and we chatted the entire drive there and back and it really solidified that I was happy and at peace with my life, and with the relationship losses and gains I’ve had in the past years. Every single breakup teaches you something new and you learn to cope better and better. I truly wish the best for you, I’m growing there with you❤️

Dear J, I've been watching you since high school and let me tell you, you've been through so much worse. And you survived. And I know you are not giving up. God knows how many times I wanted to send you a message or leave you a comment but for some reason I never did. Now I think this is the right time. First of all, now I'm in college which means I grew up watching you, so I see you as my friend in some way. And as a friend I want to tell you that you're an amazing person, a brave one and my inspiration. Second, your relationship with God reminds me of mine - and I'm a Muslim. Which means that you touch so many hearts and attract even people of different religion! Isn't that something to be proud of?
