Commit to this so that you can be kind and gentle with others. Watch it ripple.

To be honest, i dont know that what does bring me on the mat everyday ? I have never stuck a sport or exercise this much before in my life.. I cant believe it is 22 day !! So proud and powerful ! Thanks, you angel..

Wow... I really needed today, was feeling a little sore and tired. I also felt quite anxious today too, and this beautiful practice opened some of the anxiousness up and brought it to the surface. I felt a little wobbly and teary afterwards, so I have made myself a fennel & cardamom tea and snuggled myself on the couch with my husband and dog. Blanketed myself in love of the furry and human kind... The ultimate kindness to myself. Being kind to yourself and having great self care is so, so important for all aspects of health and I'm glad to have reminders like this, thank you Adriene x

My "Yoga With Adriene" Testimonial: For so many years I bought into the "no pain no gain" belief system of fitness. I believed that if I pushed my body through callisthenics, through complicated exercises, through running daily, etc. then and only then would I be able to get "the body I wanted". I am ashamed to say how long it has taken me to realize that that was a lie (at least for me it was). In September (I'm a teacher, so September always seems like a new year to me) I decided all of that wasn't working for me. I knew I needed more stretching in my life, I'm getting older and the old body was just getting stiffer. I then committed to three things fitness-wise: Yoga every day, some form of cardio every day (I still run, but only 3 days a week tops), and more vegetables in my diet. I can't believe the change I've seen in my body in 4 short months. It's amazing how strong I feel, how many compliments I've received, and how great my clothes fit (even going down a size). I am so grateful that I came across your original 30 days of Yoga videos. My life has truly never been the same since then. Thank you Adriene for giving us this gift every day. Blessings to you!

I love that despite the bad traumatic thing I had been exposed to, I'm still trying to be a good person and break the cycle.

Towards the end of today's practice, when Adriene talked about being kind to yourself (and others, of course), I began to cry because I know in my heart that I've never been able to be truly kind to myself--even on my good days there's still that nagging sense of guilt and damaging self-deprecation at the choices I've made in my life that have me far behind where I thought I'd be at this point in my life. But as someone who has struggled for years with mental health issues, I'm trying to forgive myself--and, yes, be kind to myself--as I know I can never move forward if I don't do both. It's never really easy, and I know it will be a lifelong challenge, but this journey has me feeling more positive about my present and future than I have in a long time. Thank you once again Adriene <3

Day 22 🎉 I love the stretches! Im a hyper energetic person who has difficulty slowing down! This one really helped to slow down the body and mind. Thank you for sharing your practice with me ❤

My cat came and sat with me throughout the whole session today. His little face to face bumps were so gentle and beautiful. So perfect for this day 🥰

I’m a daily watcher, huge fan. I may be 5 years late, but I laughed so much at describing pets kneading 😂 now we call that MAKING BiSCUITS 🐾🥰

One thing that amazes me each session… how does Adriene remember all the asanas and poses she’s moved through on one side of the body to then repeat it on the opposite side?!
I guess it must be so natural to her after practising for so long!
I forget what I’ve just done after I’ve done it. Another super power of Adriene’s. I really enjoyed this session. Thank you 🙏🏼💛

What I love about Yoga With Adriene is that it's not about the work out. It is about the work IN!

Since I do YWA I am way more gentle! Not only with my body but also with myself. And others.

I am able to find what feels good ánd act on that! With self love. It is the best medicine there is!

Every day I get on my yogamat. Your yoga practices are always so loving, playful, mindful and so good for body and soul! Because of YWA I got my pre birth body back and have more peace of mind (that's a huge win with 2 young daughters. :-) )

Thank your dear Adriene for changing my life for the better!

Today was a very hard day to come to the mat. Anxiety got me today. But yet here I am 21:34 (9:34 pm) and made it through. I wish I would have done it eariler because I feel better now, calmer. So it was perfect that it was a softer one today and it's amazing what 22 min of yoga can do when you really give yourself permisson do breathe!

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for today’s exquisitely-timed practice. I have felt motivated and incredible every other day on this program, but today I was struggling with anxiety and on the verge of a panic attack. I was about to take my anti-anxiety med when I thought, “I’m going to do Day 22 and THEN see if I still need it after.” Needless to say, I was so grateful for this soft practice and I feel 100% better now. No meds needed, only the medicine of yoga! Thank you for keeping me healthy mentally and physically 💜

A GREAT practice to come back to...even 8 years later. It's one of the things I love the most about YWA...being able to start back at the beginning of the archives, going through them year after year, which is precisely what I do. Thanks Adriene! You've changed my life in soooo many ways, and all for the better! 10 years in starting at age 52 and here I am at 62 stronger, and healthier...mind, body, and soul! Be well! ~Peace~
