30-Minute Core and Foam-Roller Fusion Workout

[Presented by Voltaren] This workout begins with 20 minutes of core work to strengthen and tone your abs and back, and ends with a touch of self-massage using a foam roller to release muscle tension. Anna Renderer will lead you through exercises including a side plank, sumo squat with a twist, and butterfly boat. This workout is perfect if you're a beginner or looking for a lighter recovery workout.

I had a really long walk/run earlier today and was looking for some core-centered wo...this was amazing and the foam roller part was perfect for me, i can't believe how sharp was this "rock" in my it band! Thanks, Anna and PS, I will do this again for sure!
