Flowers paints with such a broad brush claiming Gods Provision for all people, its the help God offers he says in this video....but what about the people who have lived and died...billions perhaps thru out human history who so much as never ever heard the name pf Christ ?
Where's their provision ?

I would say we have the ABILITY to come to Christ. We have the CAPACITY to come to Christ. We do not have the DESIRE to come when left to ourselves

It's like R.C. Sproul says the arminianism view doesn't stop people from being Christian until it's carried out to it's logical conclusion which is universalism. So please be careful how far you push this if you're not Christian.

First Total depravity does not mean you cannot know truth. It means that you will not accept the truth. anyone can know Jesus is God but not all will accept Jesus or place their faith in Him.

I find it hard to believe that the Biblical description of the natural person, can choose to place their faith in Jesus. No one seeks God. No one does good. No one has a fear of God in their eyes. That seems to contradict Flower's position.

“None is righteous, no, not one;
11 no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
12 All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one.”
13 “Their throat is an open grave;
they use their tongues to deceive.”
“The venom of asps is under their lips.”
14 “Their mouth is full of curses and bitterness.”
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 in their paths are ruin and misery,
17 and the way of peace they have not known.”
18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

The worst isnt even this, the worst is that he denies that we inherit the sin of adam, but believes all people sinned because of just their personal actions. This denies that in Adam all die (Romans 5), and that because of that all have sinned, as it is obviously written in that chapter. This is the heresy of semi-pelagianism, which disqualifies Mr. Flowers out of christian orthodoxy. That does not mean only calvinists are orthodox, there is the alternative of arminianism, for it still believes in original sin, and the necessity of grace before conversion, even if that is accounted for with "previnient grace".

Could Total Depravity be defined as "Totally Deprave of any Truth whatsoever?" Since one must be born again from above before the Spirit of Christ, which IS Truth, is given? It would make perfect sense. No Spirit: No Truth

This dude is inventing new theology. Tainted by sin? Really? Dumb! Every man born is born of sin nature. Therefore spiritually dead until regenerated/redeemed. The unredeemed lives in sin and is slave to sin.

Calvinists have their own strange definitions of words and concepts in the Bible but their definitions are not from the Holy Spirit. It’s from reformed men and when looking at the fruit of those men they were not holy Luther (wanted to emit the book of James from Bible), Calvin (murderer), Spurgeon (cigar smoker). Total depravity according to them is that we don’t have free will to accept Gods draw once we hear the Gospel and that we only have free will to do evil. Yet atheists can do good things, doesn’t mean they get saved by them, but humans still are capable of doing good deeds, thus eliminating the Calvinist definition of total depravity. Agreed tho with the definition of the two men in this reel, however as it is a more Biblical definition.

Leighton does not believe in total depravity and challenges it by calling it total inability. He in no way supports the teachings on the bondage of the will.
He is therefore pelagian by definition.

Total depravity isn't a term used in the Bible

Total Depravity is biblical truth, Those who do not believe it does not know the bible well.. Total depraved people are literally children of the devil..

In John 8:44, Jesus was talking to the children of the devil saying: "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."

To understand more about children of the devil, please read: The parable of Wheat and Tares... Jesus revealed that total depraved people cannot be saved..
