Imo, the one string banjo label was well deserved. For a number of years, this appeared to be his only channel, and therefore, the only subject he talked about. Glad to know he's finally creating another channel about evangelism and apologetics.

Why when a Calvinist promotes Calvinism 24/7 they are somehow doing a noble work but when a man spends any time refuting the errors of Calvinism he is somehow wasting his time? I realize LF does so many other ministries but at the same time I don’t think he should ever have to defend what he does at S101.

I think it's important for folks to know this, but if it was the only thing you ever did, it shouldn't matter if it was what you were called to do. Some others that have been called to minister to specific people groups sometimes need to focus on various topics peculiar to those groups.

I think it would help if the channel wasn't called Soteriology 101. That channel name implies that it will be provide a comprehensive look at the doctrine of salvation.

What I get from you is that your refutation of Calvinism is a byproduct of sticking to the whole counsel of the word of God and the God of the word. I'm not so much learning how Calvinism falls short, but who our heavenly Father really is and Jesus and the Holy Ghost, and if Calvinism has to get called out in the process, then good, and by the way, there has been many a great song that has been written on one string😉

Well, the Gospel never changes, but unfortunately there are some that believe they need to throw a twist to it. Unlike the ones twisting the Gospel, the one-string banjo has all the notes to make a melody.

I totally get it. You are a blessing to me and I understood you are not a one-string banjo. This Channel is focused and so it helps me focus on the subject at hand Soteriology so that I can have civil discourse with my Calvinist brother who is a pastor.

I am also a Pastor but not a Calvinist. Your channel has helped me navigate topics with my brother with clarity that he appreciates. Please don't let critics of this channel deter you it is an amazing resource. And I love how you don't make Calvinists your enemy but simply people to reach. This has also helped me have a healthy relational view of Calvinist and my brother who, in the past, was an aggressive Calvinist.

Once you understand Calvinism (which alot of people have never heard of it) but once you know about it, you will see that is everywhere. And then you will start questioning everything. SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS. people need to hear this. So that they don't fall for the false gospel.
