The most important thing here is consistency. Working out fasted vs unfasted or morning or so night makes no difference. What does make the difference is consistency. Working out in the morning and focusing on that ensures you get a workout in turning down the intensity also increases the adherence. Eating protein shifts people from eating large sugary carbs filled meals for breakfast.

I am going to start this and have a 30gm protein shake or a half a shake and 2 eggs w avocado as my 30 gms.

When I Googled, it said 30g = 1.058 ounces. I wanted to convert it to ounces. What am I missing here?

When they say 30 grams of protien, does that mean nothing else? My guess is protien only. Those of us drinking protien shakes would not add any berries, bananas or peanut butter. Eggs and sausage...no carbs in that. None sweetened yogurt without berries or sweeteners of any kind is protien only. Can anyone clarify, is it protien only? Seeing comments about people using protien shakes, but many of us add things to the shakes to make them taste better.

What I yet to hear addressed is what to do after the 30, 30, 30 breakfast. Do you do 30, 30, 30 for lunch and dinner?
