Playstation is shooting a great track record..as someone that loved Nintendo (N64) and Xbox 360 as their top consoles, the PS2 was incredibly reliable, durable, and as good as the xbox. Ps3 was a bit of a blunder. PS4 was as good as the PS2 launch, and beat the heck out of Xbox in every category except controller and games are preference. PS5 just got hands on finally and am feeling the same way did for PS4.

Ps4 pro was better looking than both. Dont get me wrong, would never switch back to ps4 and love my ps5 but damn, the ps5 is fugly AF. And that scratch sensitive shiny front plate sucks hard.

I didn’t think much of Ray tracing coming from ps4, but it does make a drastic difference.

I feel like it’s ok getting a ps4 if you never had one and want to play the exclusives and also don’t have a 4K tv/ monitor

Ps4 is only being supported until 2025… I definitely wouldn’t have waiting until now to get a ps4, pay the extra 100$ and have more years of online play.
