You can also use the PS4 controller on the PS3, you just have to plug it in, then go to the settings and connect to it with Bluetooth and then you can use it wirelessly

i believe that the ps4 controller only works on ps4 games (backwards compatibility) and the console interface, you’ll need a dualsense controller for ps5 games

Yeah i was glad to hear this because, if i have the option i will ALWAYS chose dualshock4 over dualsense it's simply smoother and it is what i grew up with
