Of all you tubers I watch in fitness, I primarily take your advice because your background and job speaks volumes about your content than most other youtubers.

I stay around 2500-2700 calories/day. Do 30min steady stay cardio each day. Seems to keep me pretty ripped. Love how you keep it real!!! I'm 6ft 170 by the way.

I went from 530 to 247 and was down to only 900 calories a day running 4 miles in the morning and going to gym in the afternoon. I realize I need to eat more and change my diet when I wasn't loosing the weight, have a harder time at the gym, and my hair thinning out. And now a big difference up to 2000 calories, but gotta admit still feel guilty like I'm over eating.

Feel like nutrition n exercise are on point. I lack consistent good sleep. Wondering if and how this may be preventing me from getting leaner.

Current Goal: gain lean body mass, lose Lower abs excess fat and love handles.

Current Cardio: started skipping rope between WO sets.

Last I check I was at %18 BF. It’s gone up from around %15 not long ago.

It’d be great if you wrote a book about fat loss kind of Layne Norton did.

It's easy to consume less than 1000 cal without hunger by intermittent fasting. you won't feel hungry at all(unless you have insulin resistance). it's good for quick weight loss. but not for long term.

Trying to get 200g (my bodyweight) of protein and keep my caloric intake where it needs to be for the deficit I'm aiming for (2100) has been very difficult even when eating protein dense food like Salmon, Chicken and Venison.

I just started tracking food for the first time 14 days ago, i started at 1900 calories a day. 50 protein, 30 carbs, 20 fats. But i didn't lose any weight. So i asked a personal trainer there said i should eat more, so now i'm at 2500 calories a day, with 40/40/20 macros. I feel like the protein is way too high for me, can't almost not eat it. I have never eaten so much before. I eat healthy, and go to the gym 5 times a week. I started doing cardio everyday, but saw a Chris Jones (pumpchasers) video recommending starting doing cardio 3 times a week, burning 200 calories each time.
I'm 190cm, 104kg. 28 years old ( 6'3, 229 pounds).
My goal is to get under 10% bodyfat.
I still haven't lost any weight, i'm wondering if it's because i haven't been to the gym for the last 9 years. And my body has to get used to it?
Would love to hear your advice

There is no way to lose weight without caloric deficit. You have to fight through the hunger
