is there value to progressively overloading cardio? e.g. adding a little more weight to the sled each week?

Hey Jason should I do high bar atg squats, low bar squats to parallel, or a more neutral squat to parallel. I'm training for general strength and athleticism, not trying to compete in powerlifting or oly lifting rn
