I love that her first answer was that you don't have to do anything about it because it's natural! But that she still gives the methods bc we all know that it's hard to accept some things about ourselves, no matter how natural they are lol

I love that Sandra says it's totally ok to pop your pimples using your fingers! I hate those fear-mongers who claim you shouldn't touch a pimple and go see a doctor instead. Sure, it requires experience and clean working technique to do it with minimal damage or risk of infection, but it should be part of everybody's self-care arsenal.

That is way easier than trying to extract on actual skin smh

I removed mine with metal tools and my hands and now I have permanent acne scars and capillaries showing on the sides of my nose. I have redness that won’t go away, and of course black heads... everyone’s skin is different, some are so much more sensitive than others, please don’t go poking at it. I never developed acne scars anywhere else, but the skin around my nose turned out to be a different story...

To clarify, if you have to try really hard and squeeze really hard don’t use this method, after applying maybe a heating gel or a warm cloth try this and if they don’t seem to be coming out with little mounts of pressure then don’t do this it’ll damage your skin.

after watching almost every video with blackheads during my quarantine, I can tell you, this tool is the most insufficient one.

i use tweezers as it personally helps remove the entirety of the blackhead, though its probably not the best for my skin

I extract them all the time and it’s so painful. I sometimes even get dizzy of how much I’m pressing. I know it’s so wrong but I can’t stop myself
