I had a spot on my back that had been bothering me for a while and I couldn't reach it. I was getting a massage and the lady pointed out it was a big zit and offered to pop it. She popped that thing and then showed me all the nasty junk that came out of it. When she popped it, it was the best feeling ever because the pain and annoying feeling I had in that area instantly went away. I was so thankful to her and gave her a huge tip.

I had one just like it. It did pop out thru the skin, two years ago. The sack is still there and it hasn't filled back up. It never hurt or bothered me. When it popped, I knew what it was and removed as much as I could. If it comes back, I will get it removed by a qualified doctor.

And you would cut it out and sew it up leaving a scar to heal up from. In my family we get cysts in our scar tissue 😂 so that would possibly start a vicious cycle. I would use the punctum to gently remove the contents without an incision. If I can't remove the whole sac, which 8 of 10 times I can anyway, it might come back or not but I think it's better than the surgical scar. And if it's an old person, like I removed a lot of these on my elderly Dad, there's not time for it to grow back and get big enough again to protrude and cause pain or itching. Besides which every dermatologist I ever took him too was too lazy to do anything for his skin, just said "leave him alone, he's old". And actually dared to charge money for an office visit for that. There was only one spot that looked funky that I was afraid to handle myself because wasn't sure what it was. I should have taken him back to a dermatologist after I cleared up his whole skin except the one spot and had him focus on it and at least tell me what it was, so I would know if it was safe to try and remove myself or not. But my old man passed with just that one funny spot, the rest of his skin was beautiful for 96.

I frequently sit behind a woman in church who has two dramatic pore of winers on her neck. They are huge. I have to sit t the hands from time to time and simply cannot concentrate on the sermon, so try to avoid sitting behind her. I am getting to know her better and hope to get my opportunity.

Yes, it’s a cyst, and one day it will abscess and he’ll have a huge infection on his back. He should go and get it taken out now while there might be time to get the whole sack out. Otherwise it will explode under the skin and Dr Pimple Popper will have to struggle removing it; “like eating soup with a fork” as she says.

This shit happened to me before on transit about 2 years ago. I still think about it occasionally😂 It was a huge black head on the back area of a man's ear, and I stared at it until he got off. I want to pin him down and go to work on it so bad, it's shameful.😂

Hershey park a few years back I was standing in line for a roller coaster and as most people know theme park rides have extremely long lines. Well I was in this long line in blistering heat. The girl who was in front of me she had the worst back acne and huge black heads I’ve ever seen, she had hundreds. It wasn’t the long line or the blistering heat that was getting to me. It was this girl’s back that was getting to me I couldn’t take my eyes off of her back, I wanted so bad to extract them. I remember my family telling me I was sick bc of my huge desire for wanting to pop pimples black heads, extracting medical staples out of my fathers head bc he didn’t want to have to pay for their removal at the hospital.
