Perfect quick workout to squeeze in before work! I didn't have a ton of time and reallllyyy didn't feel like doing a workout and then this popped up and i figured I can at least do 10 minutes! Love this mini sweat sessions 😍

This is the best workout evah..10 minutes very quick, very effective, easy to do me as 67kg., and no repeats.. I love u ms.heather..God bless u more and good health everyday..I just finish day 3 now it's 6a.m. here in 🇯🇴 jordan.

As a student, I've been sitting a lot these days and I haven't been working out. I just found out about the Daily 10 yesterday and I got motivated to dedicate at least 10 minutes of my day to slowly get stronger again. I did 2 of them already yesterday and today, I started my morning with the lower body one and now I'll be trying this. Looking forward to the burn!! Thank you Heather! <3

I'm loving these 10-minute workouts...I did days 1, 2 & 3 together...and today I just tacked this one with a 40 minute cardio workout...These are just FABULOUS. THANK YOU!

I have done HIIT/dumbbells workouts the last few days and needed a bit of a breather. This was just what I needed and it still got my heart pumping, even though it seemed deceptively easy!
