I would like to say Daily 10 is awesome!:) you know…every morning it’s not easy to ready about whole family. Mom needs to help everything. However daily 10 is simple and short, it’s good for mom the morning. Before start day and work!

Aaarrggh just ten days left. I'm bummed. These workouts have become a part of mu routine. Your workouts always have been but these are so easy to fit in I van do them every day or multiple times and it's just amazing. TY!

Awesome workouts heather. Thnks for these lovely mini workouts I sometimes pair it with pilates or do it twice or thrice to complete each muscle group. I don't miss even a single day even when ìhave less time I make sure I do atleast for 10 mins to energize. Thanks a ton again 🥲😍❤

This is the first video I’ve completed with you and I really enjoyed it. There’s just one recommendation I would make.

It would be helpful to have some kind of bar or something where we can see how far we’ve progressed in the 10 mins. I find it motivational when I see the bar getting closer and closer to 100% completion. 😃

I am always AMAZED at what 10-minute workouts can do... it gets my heart rate up and I certainly get my sweat on! My legs are still rocked from DAY 18's leg workouts....LOL. Now time to catch up - on to Day 21's workout!

These r totally helping me be accountable!! I usually start with one of these videos, then go into a full workout or, go on a walk right after! And pilates is a great warm up trick
