16 y/o, 150 lbs. and started at home workouts about 6 months ago. Completed this whole workout with 40 pound weights for the first time 😎💪

I’m 73 and on day 6, , started with only 20 lb so my next run will be at 25 and 30 . Was mainly doing resistance bands for the last 6 weeks so wanted to focus on control with the first go around. Started during covid with only two goals, 1. Man boobs and 2, love handles … mission accomplished. Add protein shakes last month to focus on building muscle now that I feel my gains are slowing down. I was following a different trained on line until I ran into Midas .. I like his follow-alongside and he doesn’t preach / talk a lot. ThANKS FOR THESE.

This message is for anyone who is struggling: Don't give up! The first time I started this workout I could only get to 15min, the second time I reached 23min. Today I wasn't feeling too great but I pushed through and I was able to finish it! Keep working hard and you will see the results. Thanks a lot for helping us all <3

Squat x Romanian Deadlift 12 to 16 reps each
Standing Calf Raise 15 to 20 reps
Front Lunges 12 to 20 reps each
Goblet Squat 8 to 10 reps
Single x Double Romanian Deadlift 12 reps
Split Squat 6 reps form right to left 12 each
Kneeling Single Calf Raise 10 reps from right to left 20 each
Sumo Squat 8 to 10 reps
Hip Thrust 8 to 10 reps
Dumbbell Stepdown 8 to 10 reps

I love his workouts. He has others for different muscle groups. My husband and I are over 65 and retired and have been going to the gym for 9 months now. Friends and doctors are in awe of us. Some days were so busy to drive to the gym. This is truly excellent for us. I'm following him more and more. When traveling, we put two 15lb/20lb in the car and workout in the privacy of our hotel room or BNB.

Squat x Romanian Deadlift 12 to 16 reps each
Standing Calf Raise 15 to 20 reps
Front Lunges 12 to 20 reps each
Goblet Squat 8 to 10 reps

I'm 13 and I love this workout! I have made some changes though, I have a 20 lb weight vest that I throw on and a couple of 15 lb dumbbells. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been only using 15 lbs and 25 lbs dumbbell, so far this 7 day workout has been effective, haven’t gained much, but it’s a slow process, I recommend using whey protein shake after the workout
