Eating in such large quantities in one meal can be a tough job for the digestive system, you can divide them into two.. It should be easy on your stomach as well

*fibre intake is quite good quantity bro continue with this phase you're body will be in Ketosis state you will be alright please do these types of one meal a day videos because these videos motivates me because i am also in oMad for past 1.5 years I am good but my macros are mainly carbs due to standard Indian diet*

Make it simple, I would say. Don't push yourself on too much of appetite at one stretch. Divide your portion of eating by 2 or 3. we call it " eating in installment basis" like whenever our tummy needs food. Hope you understand :)

Super bro... Only one doubt.. did u get flat stomach because everybody says that we have to spit the portion and eat .. that make flat stomach... I completely lose 12 kg and I look slim and good but I didn't get flat stomach.. can you please tell me this one day a meal get flat stomach?
