Just saying I think it absolutely does help/work because I’ve been drinking about 2 to 3 cups of green tea a day and I’ve lost 6 pounds so far in only 3 days but it was also combined with fasting and light exercise

I don't know for weight loss, but It definitely burs my stomach fat. Was taking a cup every night before bed, with no diet or exercise, and my stomach really went down in size. So yeah, it does help loose weight in your tummy area
