Holy 🐮 weighted muscle ups and handstand pushups while on the balancing thing, that’s wild, haven’t seen anyone progressing calisthenics that further, you opened my eyes for even harder variations, I’m still working on getting a good foundation (10 pull-ups/30 pushups/ etc) but I’m looking forward for my fitness journey

I want to have a nice body and increase strength but I don't like going to the gym and don't have time to learn bodybuilding exercises so weighted calisthenics is the perfect choice. Just do 2 exercises pullups and dips we canbuild 90% of the upper body. And how to divide the training schedule is even simpler, just divide push-pull-leg for each day

Great guide, I've gone even further with my core strength, but I can't get rid of my rounded back, sore elbows, hands and shoulders.
