Subscribed! Would be great if you can provide rough training menus by levels. I'm generally fit and can lift above average, do pullups etc, but can't do a hand stand and don't even know where to start... Pike push ups, and then what? 😅 You look amazing! 👍

A person can accrue enough strength to perform any of the basic calisthenics skills in a matter of a few months given theyre less than 30% bodyfat. It just requires a good understanding of biology and the application of it through proper training. They dont have to do the exercises you suggested either, they only help because they incidentally target fast twitch muscle fibers in the way you should, just not as directly to the muscle groups you want. Your fast twitch provide peak force for 1-2 seconds and they really lose functionality after 20-30 secounds and if you cant recruit enough of them when trying to do a skill like the L sit you wont get off the ground. But just trying, resting, and attempting again for reps is the best way to improve the exact muscles you want. Trying to just hold an L sit from the beginning isnt good training because you burn past all your reserves and dont train them properly. But if you train everything with the underlying fact that fast twitch muscle fibers are the things responsible for actually doing all the lifting force then you realize even in static skills what you always want to train is your explosive output. Its way way easier to do a handstand push up and hold a planche if you can push or pull over twice your bodyweight compared to only being able to move your bodyweight because youre recruiting twice as many fast twitch fibers in ratio to your bodyweight that the load is significantly easier to hold under tension and even recover energy under. The process can be long, but really you can acquire multiple skills at a time in a matter of months. A seriously dedicated person could become a master of calisthenics in less than a year if you actually trained properly diet matters little save for adequate protein and calories

Hey how arw are you? I'm just beginning to give your videos attention and I really like your style. Also I noticed that you have an identical twin, but I can tell the difference between you two. Your platform is really knowledgeable based, that's what keeps drawing me to your videos more and more. Looking forward to seeing more of you...as well as your twin.

Why I plateaued in calisthenics in strength and also muscle building? I train until failure, eat 2g of protein per kg od BW and sleep 8h+, for example in pull ups I am stuck at my best of 6 full ROM reps, sometimes is it 5 reps or 4 even (first set at maximal strength), I have some basic strength for light pseudo push ups, pike push ups, sfinga push ups, inverted rows, pull ups (I guess banded cause I can do normal ones 4-6 in first set and then 3 in second set) and L sit, I don’t know how to progress more cuz my body just isn’t improving, I also train push, pull, abs, rest, push, pull, abs, rest…

So I’ve been weightlifting for 6 months now and I wanna transition from weightlifting/bodybuilding to calisthenics cause of how good and enjoying calisthenics is, but I’ve built a decent physique through the 6 months of weightlifting and also gain tons of weight. If I transition to calisthenics will i lose the 6 months of muscle mass and weight or simple the gains I’ve made from the gym i start calisthenics??? Even if i eat the same amount ?? Current weight is 66kg and i started at 59 at the gym

I hope y’all can help me 🙏
