? I just literally searched for a newer shoulder workout couple of hours back after 2 years for a mix, and then this video came, your videos have a magical power of coming at the right time and tomorrow is shoulder day. and even though 2 years 45 seconds each is too tough, so I'm doing 20 seconds each for 2 to 3 rounds and its starting to become effortless, and will increase these overtime

Awesome man. I personally would love more of your 20 minute full body workouts with no equipment needed. I know there are a few but perhaps you have a 2024/2025 version that spices it up.

I’m just fourteen with a little to little time on my hands so these short workouts are the best I do them everyday as many times as I can every day this is just what I needed to start to build the body I want
